As owner and President of Blue Feather Management, Marcia is a woman of purpose and intention. Prior to establishing her own professional speaker management company, Marcia was the Director of Marketing for Les Brown, one of the top speakers in the world. Experiencing the excitement and dynamics that powerful motivation produced in audiences, a passion for the speaking profession was born! Today, in addition to Les Brown, some of the other distinctive speakers Marcia manages are famous Wally Amos, John Foppe, Dave Carey, and Juliet Funt, daughter of Allen Funt of Candid Camera fame.

   Marcia has twice received the honor of “Outstanding Young Woman of America.” Out of her desire to make a difference in people’s lives, she served for 8 years as the National Special Events Director for Project Concern International and was responsible for overseeing 26 branch offices. She is currently an active volunteer with the Burn Institute of San Diego and served as the 2004 Share Your Heart Wine-Tasting, Casino Night, and Auction Chair.
